Share Registration

Our scope of Share Registration services include:

• Assist on matters relating to transfer issue and offer of shares and subsequent issue of share certificates upon request of shareholders
• Assist in the preparation and submission of statistical returns pertaining to shares held by shareholders, their particulars and other required details available from the statutory records of the Company.
• Monitoring proxies and shareholders attendance, vote count by way of show of hand or by poll
• Assist in the distribution of dividends to shareholders
• Despatch of Annual Reports, Notice of Meetings, Circulars to shareholders and other documents for notification to shareholders
• Attend to shareholders’ correspondences and enquiries
• Liaise with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd
